Barn at Heather Glen Wedding

Brittany and Aaron have such a wonderful love story, almost like a fairy tale. Childhood friends, who went their separate ways into their lives, including unhappy marriage, and then after 9 years, rediscovering each other in a neighborhood bar... 1 baby and one incredibly blissful wedding day later they get their happily ever after.

The Barn at Heather Glen was an absolutely perfect venue for the big day. This venue is a giant barn with two levels and a wraparound deck with stunning views of the property, which includes a pond complete with your friendly neighborhood duck, Quackers. The evening light filters through the slats in the wood siding, creating an absolutely magical ambiance in addition to the twinkle lights and chandeliers that dangle from the ceiling and flowing white drapes that frame the huge barn doors.

The happy couple said their "I-do's" in front of an arbor, built by the groom himself and decorated with a flower arrangement designed by the bride's mother. So many special details went in to Brittany and Aaron's wedding day.

The bride looked gorgeous in her Kenneth Winston Private Label by G a-line gown, which she purchased at The Wedding Plantation in Columbus. The men were quite dapper after their haircuts from Wool Exchange in Lancaster, Ohio and their suits from Macy's and Kohl's

Brittany and Aaron shared their first dance to the song "Greatest Love Story" by LANCO provided by The Barn at Heather Glen's preferred DJ, Pick Productions from Pickerington, Ohio. And the delectable wedding cake (which the bride and groom may or may not have smooshed into each other's faces ;) was made by Cakes and Confections by Kirsten.

All in all, I would say this was the perfect wedding day for Aaron and Brittany. Their adorable little family of 5 is official and after a loving, tearful note to Aaron by his adorable step-daughter, Maddie during the ceremony (dude I'm telling you, I couldn't see through the viewfinder on my camera, I was crying so hard!!) I don't think anyone can deny that this is most definitely THE greatest love story. <3
