Being asked to shoot a wedding for a friend of a friend is always special. It feels good to know the people who know me best have enough appreciation for my wedding photography that they will refer me to the people they love the most.
Lisa and Joe were just that; referrals from a friend. Their day started and ended at a beautiful location in the Hocking Hills area, which, if you have never been there.. you don't know what you're missing and I suggest you add that to you "Things To Do This Summer" list!!! I grew up not far from here so it was even more special for me.
The groom started his day getting ready at the couples' cabin and the bride was in the bridal suite of the venue, Hocking Hills Weddingmoons, a beautiful, intimate venue outside the Old Man's Cave area of the Hocking Hills. When it was time to walk down the aisle, you could feel the emotion in the room and just how incredibly happy Lisa and Joe were to finally become husband and wife. Surrounded by their families and friends they said their I-do's and then switched into party mode.
Lisa left no details unforgotten and everything had her personal touch as their guests enjoyed the evening.
Many blessings and best wishes to Lisa and Joe!!
